Counter/Rate Unit

This is a unit, designed initially for a local pharmaceutical company, to give details about tablet production, although it can be tailored to suit many applications.
It consists of two channels; Rate and Count.
Rate gives the number of tablets produced per hour; updated every few seconds. This is used for production planning. The next production run on any particular machine can be timetabled with good accuracy.
Count gives the number of tablets made. Its use is obvious! there is a reset for this, key protected, and a facility for giving double counts; some machines make two tablets for every die punch.
