Our Engineers have a wealth of experience in repairing all types of electronic equipment. This, coupled with up to date computer based diagnostics enable us to trace faults down to component level, often without knowledge of the function of the equipment being repaired!

We give a 'free' first half hour evaluation on most items.  If we feel that the item cannot be repaired for an economic price, we will advise you, and you will be charged nothing, apart from any carriage if you want the item returned. If we are able to give you an idea of the repair price, you are given the choice....if you decide not to proceed, again, you will not be charged.

Before sending an item to us for repair, it is worthwhile considering the following tips;-

While most electronic components are normally extremely cheap, it is the tracing of the fault that takes the time....and thus cost the money! It can considerably reduce the amount of time it takes us to find a fault if you can give as much detail as possible about the equipment being sent (particularly if you just send a PCB), the purpose of it, the connections made to it, and, most of all, the symptoms of the fault. This can save you money!
